We have an immediate need for a passionate, experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Mechanical Designer/Engineer. The Mechanical Designer/Engineer will lead our product development team. They are primarily responsible for project management while remaining point on all details. Secondary job responsibilities focus upon technical skills in Design, Metal and Plastics engineering, CAD and managing the project thru the prototyping, testing and manufacturing stages

Chosen individual will have the following attributes:

SolidWorks proficiency required
5-10 years design experience
Entrepreneurial spirit
Project Management
Design Brief and proposal writing
Team player/collaborator
Strong verbal and visual communication skills
Enthusiasm and Sales skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience in a product development environment
Bachelors Degree mechanical engineering, engineering technology or plastics a plus.
Experience with medical device development is a plus
